PRICING:

Selling prices are based brand demand, style, and resale value. Pricing is left at VIDA STYLE’s discretion and is subject to additional store sales and promotions during the two-month selling period. Consignors enjoy a 10% discount when they shop with their balance.

VIDA STYLE assesses a discretionary fee to each item in our inventory. Item fees go directly to pay for the shop’s operational expenses to ensure that we provide our consignors the best selling service.

When you leave items on consignment, you attest that you are the rightful owner. VIDA STYLE will not be held legally responsible for items that are misrepresented as yours.

COMMISSION AND PAYOUTS:

When regular merchandise sells, you will receive 40% of the item's price.

Luxury handbags and wallets yield a 60% commission split. A small sample of bags we consider luxury are: Chanel, Gucci, Hermes, Saint Laurent, Yves Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Prada, to name a few.

All luxury, designer bags must be authenticate using Entrupy, an AI-powered tool used to detect inauthentic bags and wallets. Authenticated bags give shoppers the confidence to buy. The fee per bag is $30. A Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is yours to keep if the bag does not sell.

Commission payouts are eligible for payout eight (8) days after they sell.

Payouts are available via Venmo, PayPal, check (less a $3 service fee), or cash, in-store, if under $30. Payout requests are processed within twelve (12) business days of your request and must be made using a form on our website. No emails, texts, DMs, or phone calls will be accepted.

POLICIES:

There is a minimum 2-month selling period. We assess a $20 early withdrawal fee, per item, when you request to have an item returned to you after you've left it in our possession. We accept cash or Venmo/Paypal only. (If you have a balance, we will deduct it from your account.)

After consignment in-take, VIDA STYLE may donate items that are found to be soiled, damaged, or so visibly blemished that they cannot be sold.

Items are not returned to consignors, unless they are designer/luxury, such as Gucci, Prada, Louis Vuitton, Stella McCartney, Hermes, Valentino Garavani, Chloe, Celine, Zimmermann, and others. We will let you know at in-take if your items can be returned to you.

We donate all unsold/expired and abandoned items.

Pickup requests for luxury and designer items must be made using the official pickup request form found on our website. No emails, texts, DMs, or calls will be accepted for pick-up requests.

VIDA STYLE does not send reminders to pick up unsold luxury items. Items left at the shop two weeks after they've expired are considered abandoned and are donated. Please create a calendar appointment to keep track of your selling period.

Dormant accounts older than a year will be zeroed out and your account will be reset to zero (credit and inventory), for accounting, tax, and insurance purposes.

VIDA STYLE reserves the right to change shop policies at any time without notice. In the event of any changes made, revisions will be posted on this website immediately. Please check for periodic changes.
